Keep Safe This New Year!

Hi! there bloggers, how are you? I hope that Christmas is wonderful for all of you and that New Year will be awesome!! Well, to have a good start this New Year I have here tips and reminders on how to celebrate New Year healthier and safe.

• Monitor alcohol intake. Since majority of us will be drinking this New Years eve, and I understand that alcohol is part of the celebration. Few reminder to become more responsible on how much you can consume. Above all, you know yourself more than the others.
• Stick Together. This way, we can monitor each friends and family member. As much as possible stay inside your home and just have fun.
• Be alert. You cannot expect everyone will be responsible on their own, so be aware of your surroundings and how others are acting. Stay away from those who are out of control ans can cause you harm, video surveillance might be helpful but it will cause you for long to look for those who caused you pain. 
• Stay away from fireworks. If you can't avoid using firecrackers, just refrain yourself using those prohibited firecrackers. 

Keep safe this New Year! Enjoy and have a wonderful smile, be thankful to our creator and be blessed with upcoming years. Remember always: Prevention is better than cure.

Our First Christmas as a Married Couple

This Christmas seems special for me and hubby. Because this is our first Christmas as a married couple and of course the fact that few more days would be our first wedding anniversary.

This year is a blessed year for both of us, there are a lot of reasons to be thankful for. So many reasons to still smile and give hope, to look forward for more blessings and happiness for upcoming years together. Though we were still wishing and patiently waiting for our little angel to come, we are still feel blessed and happy that we are survival this year.

First Wedding Anniversary

After so many worries on how can we celebrate our first wedding anniversary, finally! T'was indeed a superb moment with my dearest husband, well! as expected...whole day wouldn't be enough for my happiness when am with him. Smiles, laughs are really priceless.

Every single moment is such a memory that will last forever. I really could not ask for more, this love is really perfect to make me feel better each day. 

Happy Anniversary my dearest husband, God knows how much you mean to me, your smiles are really priceless. I love you most!

I Made Him Smile 0_0

I don't know if I am getting too expensive this past few months or I am just being a generous wife, I swear! I really don't have an idea....

Well, since few more days left before our first year wedding anniversary, I am too fussy of what should I prepare or what kind of gift should I give to my dearest husband. Well, ofcourse! everybody wants to make sure that everything is quiet perfect for that day, right? But I guess am into panicky and more conscious on what should be the gift for him. 

When I finally decided to grant his Laptop wish, I made up the decision that I know he will make him feel happy, so much happy. 

So yeah! I bought him a Compaq Laptop, with Intel dual core i3 inside. 2gb memory, with built in camera, bluetooth, wi-fi and a lot more. I know that its quiet early to give him a gift, since December 28 would be the date for our anniversary, but I can't resist the excitement of giving him what he really needs. 

I bought him a Laptop few months ago (read here), but since it was a second hand  purchased, It was too slow that I know one of these days will totally give us a headache. I guess nothing really beats brand new items. 

Seeing him in a cloudy happiness makes me feel worthy. Those smiles are really priceless! He even keeps on kissing and hugging me, aw! that's the best part I guess! hehe.

Now, he can make his grades and lesson plan a lot more enjoyable. Oh! not to mention his class will be a lot more fun! as well. (hihi). Can't wait for his stories later!!

Robert Noyce, the co-creator of the Fairchild Semiconductor in 1957 and Intel in 1968 and driving force behind Silicon Valley, has become the latest famous figure to be honored by Google. 

He also created with the invention of the integrated circuit or microchip which fueled the personal computer revolution and gave Silicon Valley its name.

The image of search engine's Doodle design celebrates the 84th Birthday of Noyce with a chic electronic chip on its homepage. 

Google Today (12-08-2011)

Google Doodle Today commemorates the life of an artist from Mexico named Diego Rivera. He was born in Guanajuato, Mexico in 1886. He had a twin brother who unfortunately died two years after they were being born. 

Diego Rivera is a prominent painter and an active communist, he was came from a well-to-do family from Mexico. The name of here wife was Frida Kahlo who has been his inspiration during his time.

Online Shopping (Gifts)

I can't imagine that I would love to shop online. Well, maybe because I wasn't expected to earn online as well. I don't have credit cards for payment, I just use my paypal for my purchase transactions. I don't want to brag about this, but I just can't ignore the fact that I am so happy to purchase what I want with hassle free. 

I already purchased a gift for myself, for Hubby, for my Sister and of course for my Mom. It wasn't wrapped but it will be delivered fresh door to door. Since the delivery period will start on December 28 meaning, I don't have something to give on Christmas day. What I did was, I just put the voucher and a print out copy of the gift in an envelop. They just have to wait the actual gift as soon as the item would be delivered. Isn't that a great idea? This is my first time do it, so am really excited. I just hope they would love the gifts as well as the concept (winks).

But sad to say, it seems like the size of the t-shirt is too small for me :(.

A Foggy Monday Morning

Early this morning, I woke up with a cold weather that implies me that Christmas is near to come. To my surprise when I went out to go to the office, I thought I was still dreaming, because it is unusual for me to see a foggy sky. I thought I was in the other country by that moment, I was so amazed to see the foggy morning. 

I am getting more excited each day, for Christmas is really near to come, and New Year will roar after that. I hope everybody is still safe and sound. Merry Christmas everyone!

Chistmas Wish (Popoy's view)

It was my wife's convincing ability to put me on the hot seat and made blog for her... Though I'm not so inclined in blogging and took half hour to finish a certain topic, I'll still make one as wished by my Angel...

Since Christmas is fast approaching, people were very busy preparing every single detail they need for Christmas... It's a tradition and even part of our culture we've all been waiting for. I don't know what's the reason behind it but every time this season approaches, there is a delighted feeling  within me that's so hard to explain.. A sentiment that everybody can relate with.

God is indeed so good to me. I should be thankful to him for receiving in advance,nine years ago, my ultimate Christmas wish, to have someone I'll treasure for the rest of my life, someone I can be proud of and someone I'm willing to grow old with. She is my wife, my one and only. It seems like everyday is Christmas when I have a quality time with my wife.  What else can I wish for if all of my being is just here beside me, silently waiting to finish my very first blog... hehehe.... she looked so serious as if she doesn't mind what I'm doing but obviously excited to see my final piece.

I just hope and pray that God will always bless our marriage and continue to bind us with guidance and contentment.

World AIDS Day

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) denotes a condition which result from the damage done by the immunodeficiency virus (HIV) to the immune system. The condition was first identified in 1981 and the name AIDS was introduced on July 27, 1982.

Today - December 1st, we remember those who suffer and those who have perished from AIDS as we mark World Aids Day. As per data from World Health Organization (WHO) estimate that around 33 million people worldwide have been infected with HIV and that around 2 million each year die. 

Philippine government as well as Local and National Unit encourage everyone to participate and support various activities of our respective organization, sectors as well as the communities to mark World Aids Day and help increase the awareness of HIV and AIDS.
