Helping other does not count if it is in a huge effort nor in a small one. This will always count on how deep and sincere you put on it, on how many times you are willing to help without expecting anything in return.
Early this morning while working, I saw our guard standing curiously and made himslef busy looking in a groogy little bird who accidentally shot down inside our lobby. I qucikly put myself involved on it and said "oh!! poor bird" Then, I decided to post this blog.
Didn't you know that your simple smile can put a warm feeling in someone else's heart, and make their day a little better. They might then do the same for others.
Comfort someone in grief. Often a hug, a helpful hand, a kind word, a listening ear, will go a long way when someone has lost a loved one or suffered some similar loss or tragedy.
Lend your ear. Often someone who is sad, depressed, angry, or frustrated just needs someone who will listen. Venting and talking through an issue is a huge help. There is no better comfort than listening, I bet you it really helps.
Remember that there is no higher religion than human service. To work for the common good is the greatest creed.
Happy Weekend everyone, give your smile ^_~
